These Terms govern your use of Certadomain ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service provides free domain security checks, including email authentication checks (DMARC and related standards), phishing assessment, and subdomain discovery.
Results and analysis provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. We make no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. In particular, a "no issues found" result for phishing assessment does not guarantee that the domain is safe. Each check reflects publicly available information at the time of the request. Subdomain discovery results are limited to what appears in Certificate Transparency logs and do not cover all subdomains. You use the results at your own risk.
You must not use the Service to:
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or from reliance on its results. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content belong to the operator or the respective rights holders.
We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect upon posting to this page.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
