Certadomain ("the Service") respects your privacy and handles information in accordance with the following policy. The Service does not require account registration and does not ask for personal information such as your name, address, or phone number.

• Domain names and URLs you enter (used to perform the requested checks)
• Access logs (IP address, user agent, access timestamp, etc.)
• Aggregated usage statistics (e.g. cumulative check counts — figures that cannot be linked to any individual user)

2. How We Use Information

• To perform the requested checks on the domain or URL you provide
• To temporarily cache results (cached data is automatically deleted after a set period)
• To operate the Service, maintain and improve quality, and prevent abuse
• To understand usage patterns (aggregated statistics only)

3. Third-Party Services

In the course of performing checks, the domain you enter may be sent to external services for DNS lookups or Certificate Transparency (CT) log queries. The Service is operated on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Contact emails are received via an email forwarding service.

4. Retention Periods

Result caches are automatically deleted after a set period. Access logs are retained for a limited time for operational and abuse-prevention purposes, then deleted. Aggregated statistics (which cannot identify any individual) may be retained indefinitely.

5. Cookies and Tracking

The Service does not use cookies for tracking or behavioral targeted advertising.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or share collected information with third parties, except as required by applicable law.
